Sept. 4 (Bloomberg) -- InBev NV , the Belgian brewer buying Anheuser-Busch Cos. for $52 billion, said investors will vote Sept. 29 on a proposed $9.8 billion stock sale to existing shareholders to pay off debt incurred in the takeover.
