Elizabeth S. JamesMONMOUTH — Elizabeth S. James, age 97, of Monmouth, passed away at 6:45 a.m., Monday, January 16 at the Monmouth Nursing Home. She was born on March 5, 1914 in the Roseville Township to George T. and Helen A. Elliott Brooks.
