A former executive of the outdated National Patriotic Front of Liberia (NPFL), Lewis Brown has told the ongoing Thematic and Instructional Public Hearings of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) that there is a possibility that fighters of the organization were told by their trainers during the course of their training to kill or else they be killed.
